Namaste and Greetings :)
I am known as both AngelBreath and AngelBreath3 on the Internet and it was suggested I tell you a little something about myself which means I have to 'expose myself ' to you. Good thing I'm only exposing over the Internet or I'd likely cause a stampede of running escapees, severe shrieking and resulting heart failure. [giggle] [I like to keep people guessing.]
I am a self starter, a free thinker, independent, innovative and highly motivated. I am intelligent yet retain the curiousity, love and openness of a child. I have a good sense of humour and a quick wit. I basically know what I want out of life and am willing to work to get it. I was a single parent for many years and well know the meaning of sacrifice.
I spent many years helping to clean up our neighbourhood from crime and drug abuse and for that I was stalked, assaulted, threatened and constantly harassed on a daily basis for nine years. Courage was fear that had said it's prayer and saw me through these trying times.
I have earned numerous certificates and received several community awards for my hard work and dedication as a volunteer in my neighbourhood. Certificates and awards are nice but they don't mean as much to me as the love I see in the eyes of my children as they look at me ~ or the smiles and hugs I receive from them as they, and their loved ones, spend time with me.
One hat I wear is that of an Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master Teacher and I have clients from all walks of life, particularly in health care. Some of my clientele includes Medical Doctors of various specialties, other Reiki Masters, and practitioners of other healing modalities [such as reflexology, feldenkraise, shiatsu, etc.]. I tell you this so that you will not think I am a quack [although at times I'm sure I waddle].
I've often been told that I should reach out to more people and allow them to benefit from my wisdom and years of experience. Clientele and friends alike have come to me for advice, suggestions, input, etc. For some strange reason these people actually think I'm helpful and that I have some words of wisdom to offer [personally I think it's for the free chocolate chip cookies].
Because of the demand over the years [when I was guided] I wrote some articles to help explain things. What I've written are basically my own thoughts and opinions on some subjects. Anyhow, I don't claim to be the best at this nor do I suggest you listen to me if it doesn't suit you. I suggest however, that you receive it with the love and good intentions with which it was written. I have no special gifts ~ I have what everyone else was given but for some strange reason many have chosen to ignore their gifts or are unable to access them.
I have been a healer [and teacher] since a very young age - a little old granny in pig tails! I had clear insight into a person's soul and often knew things that adults didn't. I am by no means an expert in many areas but I do know a lot of 'little things' that people do seem to find useful.
I freely teach online and pass on whatever knowledge is needed. I like to help people become the best they can be which is why I have taught classes in meditation and I like to think I show people how to reconnect with their roots [guides, God, etc.] and enable them to become happier within themselves - to empower them. I have done many years of counseling both from a psychic and psychological point of view.
I have never taken a computer programming course or even read a book about it and my oldest son gave me my first real computer in September, 1999 {I was using an old Wang before that]. Since then I have gone through three computers [upgrades] and learned three languages ~ all self taught. I have relocated on five different host sites and I am very happy with my current site. I have built my entire web site from scratch by myself with the occasional bit of help [e.g. java] and I now have over 800 web pages. I have so much information I want to share that my site is still growing ... and I see no end at this time as I make every effort to share what I know with others who are interested.
I have learned much these past few years regarding computers and am still exploring many avenues of the computer. The more I look, the more I see, the more I learn and the more I play [my word for all the work I have done online]. I am enjoying doing all this and having fun ~ for me work is 'fun and play' when I enjoy it. :) The more I learn and play, the more I 'get into' online and I find that I am now becoming a source of information to others regarding computers and the Internet as well. I have helped a few begin their sites ~ it's amazing how much one can learn just by having an interest in something. :)
My site now contains several sections [and some subsections] ~ all of which are still expanding as I find the time. I am sure I will add in other sections if I find the need... For a detailed description go to my main index.
I was born and raised in Toronto. I'm of American Indian and French descent [on my father's side] and Scottish, English and Irish on my mother's [a Heinz 57 mix if you please]. I am blessed with two loving sons and a wonderful daughter [in-law], a hubby who loves me for who I am [not what I can do or how I look] - and an adorable granddaughter.
I've had several major accidents, which I miraculously survived and any one of them could have killed me: -
Around seven years of age, I fell down the side of a cliff in the Scarborough Bluffs and all that stopped my final plummet [a sheer 500' drop onto the rocks below] was a huge tree stump in the middle of the path which my rolling, tumbling body smashed up against. Aside from many 'small' bruises and the internal bruising, I was one massive jelly like black bruise from my navel all around to my spine on my left side that also spanned the area between my left arm pit and the top of my left thigh.
At 12 years of age my sister and I 'drowned' together in a swimming class because of an inept swimming instructor who decided that the best way for people to learn how to swim was to throw them in the 6' deep end of the pool. I felt the water rush into my lungs and saw everything blacken as I scrabbled up from under the water at the side of the pool ~ and my sister was floating. Stupid teacher never paid any attention ~ as I fought for air and vomited up volumes of water from my own lungs I made the teacher aware so that my sister could be dragged from the pool and resuscitated.
I had a repeating premonition [dream] when I was 13 that came true and saved my life at 16 yrs. I have placed this event with my experiences listed as Psychic Phenomena & Lucid Dreaming.
As an adult [all within a 9 month period] I had three major accidents: I hit the bottom of the lake head first, rolled my car over and wiped out the drivers seat, fell off the back of a flat-bed truck at 35 miles an hour - head first! On all three occasions, I injured my spinal column [put in 'C' curves], had concussions, received whiplashes and had numerous cuts and bruises. In addition to these:
- When I hit the lake bottom I had also put a hairline fracture through the front of my skull and ripped my face from forehead to chin ripping the underneath of my nose.
- When my car rolled over I also had a dislocated shoulder and several 'blood bruises'.
- When I fell off the truck I also had severe damage to my brain with massive swelling [water on the left side of the brain] which made me look like I had two heads. I also broke my tailbone and was temporarily paralyzed from the waist down.
I received poor medical care at the hands of quack country doctors who did nothing for me but tell me how badly I'd injured myself and sent me home with painkillers. I basically had to heal myself to survive. To see me you would never know I'd been through these - I have no scars and I'm often told I'm a picture of health and look younger than I am.
I've suffered through some other major traumas and I've seen the 'other side' in some other near death experiences. Why am I here? I have no idea. Guess it just wasn't my time to go. Anyhow, enough about me, I could go on for pages and pages but I don't want to bore you. There is little I have not experienced and much information I have to share with others because of the vast amount of lessons in life I have learned. When I get questions and feel a need ~ I just write another article for my site. My goal is to reach as many people as possible and hopefully offer them a little of my wisdom [but they'll have to settle for the Internet cookies because I can't make the chocolate chip ones transport ~ yet ]. :)
AS A PERSON: I am always learning about healing, life, and myself. I am still growing as an individual and a person. My journey is far from over.
AS A HEALER: If I can help someone in some small way through my writings ~ or by just being there for them ~ then I have done my job.
